Every time I’ve ever tried it I get a droplet of water stuck in the crevice where the lens meets the frame and have to go get a towel anyway.
Skip the sharp blow and use a microfiber. You can get them in packs of like a million from Costco and they work way better than anything else.
Yep, this is what I go with. Yeah sure, my insurance doesn’t cover them and they’re a little less durable than the ones I get from the optometrist, but I can buy four pairs and still have not equaled my deductible.
I mean, in fairness, at least the Mig-29 and F-117 are contemporaries, and deployed by enemies. I’ve seen playsets that include (iirc) an F-16 and a B-17 dogfighting against one another.
Actually, as someone whose company has been working on updating extensions from MV2 to MV3 for the past four years, the timeline has changed. A couple of times, I think. Originally, MV2 was supposed to be entirely deprecated by the beginning of this year, but they’ve pushed it back twice and extended enterprise support even further.
The profile picture says “We’re Fake News” on it. It’s almost certainly a parody account.

Yes, but since it runs automatically every day and emails my team the results, I don’t have to remember to do it on my own. I don’t even have to be working that day. Taking “my ADHD memory” out of the system is always a win.

I’m not entirely oblivious to gaming news, but the literal first I had ever heard of this game was when they announced that it was being shut down. Methinks after eight years of development it could’ve had a few more dollars tossed into the marketing budget.
I think it might have better QOL features, but honestly the gameplay loop in BL2 is better. And I think the engine might be more robust, too.
A couple! “Peer Review” and “Perpetual Testing Initiative.” Both free.
Borderlands 2 is such a good game that one of its DLCs (Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep) is also one of the best games ever made, in its own right.
Man. 2010-2015 were some STRONG years in gaming. Portal 2 and its DLCs, Borderlands 2 and its DLCs, Skyrim, Shadow of Mordor, Hearthstone, The Last Of Us, Pokemon X & Y…
Edit: this comment appears to have lost its parent, so now it just seems like a non sequitur, but you folks are smart.

But I have absolutely no problem with that whatsoever. Dude wrote a good, solid, complete game, sold it for a fair price, and made bank. That is the business model I want software to be sold under, and I’m thrilled to see it working for him.
Fun fact: that was the original idea behind VLC! You could connect to video (and audio) streams. Hence, “VideoLAN.”
