29·2 months agoI’d be shocked if that were the case. Shocked. The man who openly called for vigilante justice against those identified as drug dealers actually turning out to be involved in the drug trade himself, while holding official power to quash competitors?

I can’t believe I never realised the connection between Tsar/Czar and words like Caesar and Kaiser.
