  • Well lets not exaggerate here, at least half of the people in /r/canada are real people haha

On my reddit account I was banned from /r/onguardforthee and from /r/metacanada and /r/canadaleft are literal morons so I was actually posting in /r/canada a bit. I think lots of people wash up there because the moderation is intense on alternate subs

/r/canada has really relaxed moderation and I still appreciate it for that

  • I think it’s going to happen naturally, canadian youth have basically nothing to lose at this point. We also have mass immigration from india the last few years, majority are aged 25-40 males, and we are already dealing with gang violence which we’ve never had in canada before, things just seem to be ramping up.

/r/CanadianTeachers is a fascinating insight into the way kids are thinking these days.

We basically have no law enforcement or military so unless the USA comes in to help it will probably look something like the purge.

There is also a really bad class divide just between those who own homes and rent and I see examples of resentment over this every single day.

  • Same thing happened on my old account, no content after blocked everything that annoys me. Don’t want to hear about how much you hate cars in every single thread, it’s boring

Other problem is no matter what you post it gets downvoted, and that’s why when I get access to reddit again I’ll bail on lemmy because there’s no chance of it growing. This is like leftist 4chan and it’s tiresome to post here; never going to get new people this way
