That’s nice to hear.
That’s nice to hear.
Sure but Xorg has been like that forever and until recently distros started to default Wayland because of Nvidia, and there aren’t many of them yet. Also some programs don’t run well with Xwayland, some don’t run at all. You’re right from a technical privacy point but it’s not the end of the world and it doesn’t have to be privacy-invading, just don’t run proprietary stuff. By the way, CInnamon will switch to Wayland, when the experimental support is mature enough. Don’t know about MATE of XFCE.
What’s wrong with Mint?
Like Kichae mentioned, every media we buy is technically a license. License to use. However we own the physical part of it and we can use (read, watch, play etc.) it whenever we please. Should be like this with games as well. At least GOG does this. As long as an installer is in our hard drives, it’s a physical media.
It was always licenses on Steam, nothing changed in their ToS. Though there are some DRM-free games on Steam, even free from Steam-DRM.
Almost thought reading some anime title.
It says “EASY!” I’m convinced.
If I want to see US news I would subscribe to US news or just “news” communities. Maybe you are right, I can unsubscribe here. They don’t even have the ability to downvote anyway.
If this news was “Vise President Jessica Alupo holds rally in Arua” would that news interest me, or it would be important for Uganda and Congo? It’s the latter. It’s pretty much the same here.
Yeah, right. “World news”.
Nice list, though I would remove Manjaro from that. Manjaro is far from stable, they just delay Arch packages without even testing and it will bork itself in no time or will cause some problems at least.
Anyway, I see you have included Fedora based, so I would like to suggest OpenSUSE Tumbleweed. I installed it on my sister’s PC and she’s been happily using it for some time now. Previously she borked Manjaro and brake updates on Pop OS just by using the system via GUI. That didn’t happen on Tumbleweed yet and I don’t think it will. Even if something would happen, she can revert everything by selecting a recovery image from GRUB and continue using it.
Hmm, so the tactical part kind of died. That’s sad.
Heh, never heard of that game.
Not exactly moneyless but imagine quality of life improvements for Stardew Valley. That’s “Fields of Mistria”.
It’s nice to see more countries making chips.
Thanks, added to my starred. It’s already at almost 9k starred, really nice.
That’s good to hear. Tachiyomi extensions still work, at least the ones I’ve downloaded. Apparently it cannot download any now. I’ll continue with Mihon when I upgrade to LineageOS 21. Thanks again for the heads up.
Thanks for the reply. It seems I’ll have to switch to Mihon some time later.
Thanks for the reply. I had no idea. I probably won’t need to download it soon since all of my current reads already fully downloaded, need to finish them first. I love that they cannot easily kill open source. Mihon seems nice.
Doesn’t have a release date yet but you might like Empire Eternal, kinda like new Empire Earth.
