That’s really cool for you.

Not viruses as such, at least according to the inventor of the term, rather they are already part of our inheritable structure, our DNA (so to speak) seeking new ways to be inherited.
We are our memes.
I use both, but honestly, some mastodon users can’t help but be outright patronising and hostile to newcomers.
The whole “we don’t do that here” vibe clearly puts folk off. Weirdly, it isn’t the long term users that do that, bug more recent converts.
Why do you think that is?
Yeah, and fractions of that stone? Pounds.
So like 10 stone 5 pounds.
You know we use pounds as a weight measurement too, right?
Some countries use imperial measurements, others metric, but the UK enjoys both.
Fellow Amiga civ veteran, eh?
I blew most of my youth, and a chunk of my degree, on football manager too.
I regret nothing.
I don’t want a long time. I want a good time.
That’s why radiant quests are rubbish and crafted storylines are the thing.
Stop demanding replay ability and meaningful choice. You are ruining modern gaming!
Enjoy your radiant quests and feel satisfied fetching stuff and killing stuff endlessly.
… Seriously, there was a thing that bothered me about playing Space Invaders in the arcades and it was the fact that no matter how good you got the ending was always either your inevitable death or the fact that you just stopped playing.
This game felt so familiar.
That’s, oddly, a common feature of modern production. Narrative still plays second fiddle to mechanics.
Which, in this case is doubly weird since the mechanics have existed since the age of Skyrim.
“This shit doesn’t even happen in the US”
Ok, Trump aside, do you remember the US response to the 9-11 attacks?
Israel is bang out of order, but it doesn’t help that the groundwork for dealing with “terrorists” on a global scale was laid by the US.
Remember renaming French fries to “Freedom Fries” because the French dared to oppose the invasion of Iraq, a country that had very little to do with the terrorist act?
Looks legit, what’s the point here?
