Maybe they are still being manufactured, like the IRIS-T systems, are still being adapted to Ukrainian target systems, as e.g.the Gepard, or are still in maintenance. As the article, unfortunately, doesn’t go any deeper than the statement in the headline, it remains unknown which systems promised by which countries are affected.
Now that the russians have discovered the exponential function, please don’t tell them that it doesn’t make sense to apply it everywhere.
Does debris in the geostationary orbit move relatively to each other and the satellites?
About $ 2.74.
Thanks. I didn’t notice the satellites were on different orbits.
Sort of, but Switzerland is not going to sell you spare parts, ammunition and so forth when you are at war.
Pacta sunt servanda.
Also Switzerland as a neutral country can choose to supply weapons to both sites.
AfaIk, exactly this was their argument for not providing weapons to Ukraine, as then they as well would have to deliver weapons to russia (in case they ask for some).
Ah, ok. You mean another satellite on suicide mission. The russkis probably have some available. I was thinking of some anti-satellite rocket missile like it has been used for destruction of the satellite Kosmos 1408. However, as it is launched from an airplane, I doubt it produces a splash, like heavy rockets do, that would be visible from space by espionage satellites.
Wouldn’t we know if anyone was launching a rocket into space.
You may use them to defend yourself, but you are not allowed to give them to your neighbour giving them the ability to defend themself.
Restrictions on re-export are not uncommon. It’s the Swiss’ criteria arising from neutrality that are weird.
Also, 24 destroyed/heavily damaged tanks in one day are comparably many.

Nice. Happy hunting. 🫡
Part two is currently running:
I’d say, the one and only Gripen från Norden.

When your use case relies on using some most up to date software, then Debian (stable) obviously is not the distro of choice. But that case is not what I meant with ‘simply work’, i.e. using the same (major) version of software for several years.
It’s the same for me.
Out of date is not good for a desktop.
Some call it out of date, others call it stable. If you want your computer to simply work as you are used to and to not bother you with new features and bugs, Debian is a nice distro for Desktop as well.
The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes the negotiation of a dispute between the United States and a foreign government by an unauthorized American citizen.
Does this really apply, as Trump doesn’t claim to negotiate on behalf of the US government? Getting instructions by a foreign president on how to overthrow democracy doesn’t count, I’m afraid.
Wait till they’ve built their super vergeltungstanker submarines.
