I rarely had that problem from the bot. Reading from it at least gave me more information and saved me a click without having to be bombarded with cookie notices and requests to subscribe to a newsletter.

Legislators get paid really well but they still take “lobbying expenses” and “donations” in exchange for votes and bills. Getting rid of Citizens United and setting up a proper nonpartisan anti corruption enforcement agency is still absolutely necessary to prevent this from happening.
Sure a buckshot works great against a drone or two, but what do you do when there’s a swarm of them? We’re getting to that level of sophistication with them pretty quickly.
