Touch controls are better on the phone.
Personally, I prefer playing with buttons, but I’m old like that.
This game is great. Every new content drop is big, and they all get me to fire it back up for a couple of weeks.
These TMNT games are always really hit or miss. Gonna wait for reviews here.
I almost always play games with subtitles on, but turning them off made this title even more immersive for me.
Funny you should mention that. They attempted to do precisely this (only buy the BP with real money) a few months ago. The player base revolted, and they walked it back to the way things were.
This is super weird to hear. YouTube is way BETTER on FF for me. Videos load/play exactly as expected and my ad blocker still kills all the junk that I would have to put up with on Chrome.
I haven’t figured out how to totally remove the stupid chat window on the right side of videos, but that’s true regardless of browser.
Tab groups. I switched from Chrome to Firefox when all this Manifest V3 stuff started, and I’m still looking for a Firefox extension that works as well and looks as clean as the way Chrome handles tab grouping.
Apex battle passes have always given you enough credit to buy the next season’s pass. I’ve been playing since launch, I’ve completed all battle passes save for maybe 4, and I’ve spent a total of $10 on the game.
We’re all sick of live service games, and that’s why new (copycat) games are failing so hard. Look at XDefinant, Concord, etc.
Plenty of people have one or two live service games that they like/play, and the sustained success of those titles like Fortnite, Destiny, Apex Legends, Diablo IV is why we keep seeing so many clones and attempts to hit the next gold vein. But the creators of those copycat titles fail to capture the real source of others’ success; great gameplay.
A lack of adequate planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine.
I honestly don’t understand why they didn’t go the other direction and make this game free with a PS5 Pro purchase. It’s super old and the remaster could be a great tech demo.
I guess people will buy it anyways, so there we go.
Sounds like some artificier prestige class shit here.
Good comment here. Were the immovability limitation not restricted to sentient beings, the hammer would just zoom off into space the second Thor put it down.
For real. This is like saying that Project Gotham made Mario Kart feel like trash.
The article talks about this. tl;dr- very unlikely that’s what’s happening here
You’d think they learned their lesson re: that approach with the whole Halo Infinite mess, but here we are.
Is there any way to read Game Internet online now (archive or whatever)?
I’d really love to check out the Vampire Survivors interview from the final issue.
Confirmed. The gunplay is amazing. I haven’t played for a year or two but I would jump back in today if The Final Shape included all the catch-up/prior DLC packs.
FWIW, this comic vastly predates the last couple of years - it was published in the 1997-2002 range.
