The Book of Unwritten Tales comes to mind. It’s nowhere near as grandiose as any of your described games, but I fondly remember it being a very charming and wholesome experience. If that’s the feeling you seek, you might enjoy it.

Some people think there is this magical thing called canon. If something is canon and you heavily dislike it, it messes up your enjoyment for whole franchise and you no longer can enjoy previous entries that you grew up with.

I am pretty sure this was being taught for maybe 1 day in 1st grade after you learn about numbers. For first grader learning analogue clock probably is also a fun activity.

If that’s all there is, it sounds like you just need good legal and marketing department and someone who is attractive to deliver their script.
