That sounds like exactly what I was getting

2048 is so good. I love the teams each having three craft types. The tracks are really fun, with both wide sections where you can go flat out without a care, and narrow parts where you have to really thread the needle and use the airbrakes with total precision.

If you haven’t already, check out BallisticNG. It’s a retro style re-implementation of the classic WipEout physics, and the upcoming update will fully implement the 2048 physics mode.

Any AG racing fans in here?

BalisticNG is my latest main game, but my love began with the WipEout series.

I also enjoy Redout and Redout 2, but the lack of weapons means I can only go so long before needing to play WipEout or BNG again.

I had that on my first unit, RMAd it and hasn’t happened again on the new one. I assumed it was some kind of faulty hardware component. Like the RAM or GPU.

It’s probably not worth the effort. It’s one of the more complex mods, and the screen with additional resolution comes with a bunch of drawbacks, and the anti-glare coating isn’t that big a deal.

You cannot put an OLED screen in an LCD model.

They have different internals. The screen upgrades that exist for the LCD are to swap in the anti-glare coated version, or a higher resolution.

Either way, making all the software developers who insist on messing with the kernel on windows, stop, will be a good thing.

It’s not for everyone, it being a third instead of first person shooter with the complexity of a MOBA.

But goddamn I am obsessed.

And as an older, more chilled out gamer, the toxicity doesn’t get to me the way it used to when I played Dota after school every day.

No matter how well or badly a match is going, I’m managing to have fun regardless. I just don’t assign the emotional stakes to being the best player in a lobby, or to the matchmaking landing me on a winning team.

At the same time there is an absolute crap-ton of mechanics I enjoy, and I’m up to matchmaking with 9 characters selected. How is every damn aspect of every part of this game this fun?!

No. EAC and Battleye developed ways to explicitly support proton, which has to be explicitly enabled by the developer for the game to run.

Proton didn’t change, the popular AC options did. They’ve had proton support pretty much since the steamdeck launched, and it works great as long as the developer of a game bothers checking the checkbox for it.

EAC works on linux just fine, and the fact that Apex runs, means Respawn deliberately allows it.

The key word there is reliable.

Lupusregina made a similar mistake, she fucked around and found out, and Ainz became furious with her because she didn’t take things seriously when told to keep the village safe.

It was a human village so she thought it wouldn’t matter if some of them died, so she didn’t try very hard to stop it from happening. So even though she had the abiltiy, she still fucked it up.

It didn’t matter that they were maxed out in terms of strength, when their heads weren’t in the right place.

Yeah four seasons atm, waiting on a movie currently in production which will adapt the holy kingdom arc.
