You’re forgetting that Ukraine has successfully attacked the bridge twice already.
In October 2022 a bomb on a truck detonated, causing 2 spans to collapse and killing 5.
In July 2023 two sea drones targeted the bridge & killed 2 & injured 1. The two killed were a husband & wife. The injured one was their child.

Reminds me of the movie The Final Countdown…
This reminded me of a glass artist named Josh Simpson who is known for his glass spheres he calls “planets” that have amazingly complex scenes in them. For over two decades he’s had what he calls the “Infinity Project” where he encourages people to hide them out in the open where folks are unlikely to find one. If you submit a proposal to him that he likes then he’ll send you two of his smaller planets, one for you to hide and one to keep for yourself.
I foresee many more videos of Russian oil refineries in flames, and that makes me smile.

I’m no expert in these sorts of things, but I seriously doubt anything on the Russian side will be “fair” as long as Putin is in charge.
Well if you’re aiming for the North Korean border as the original post suggested then you’re likely targeting railroad infrastructure. To get to the NK border you have to go a long roundabout route to avoid encroaching on Chinese airspace. Taking out train choke points even half way closer to Ukraine would be a lot easier, and still cause a lot of disruption of supplies from NK. I’m sure there are plenty of bridges, tunnels, etc. that could be targeted.
They don’t need to reach that border. Just far enough to target remote sections of the train lines that run there.
It may actually be pumping, but it’s definitely not metering. So free fuel for Europe!

Many years ago I had to try to debug a memory manager written by a really talented software engineer, with an interesting take on naming things…
He referred to blocks of memory as “cookies”.
He had a temporary variable named “handy” because it was handy to have around.
He had a second temporary variable that referenced the first one that he called “son_of_handy”.
If corruption was detected in a block of memory then it would set the flag “shit_cookie_corrupt”.
If too many cookies were corrupt then the system would halt by calling the function “oh_shit_oh_shit_oh_shit”.
The post I was responding to claimed the Ukrainians were trying to avoid civilian casualties. This clearly demonstrates that civilian casualties were involved.
