What a fascinating game. If you can get past the fact that every action is a background dice roll, the game is so intriguing. Everybody has paragraphs of things to talk about, and can clue you in to small happenings around the world that aren’t necessarily quests

The couple of dungeons I have been in have been pretty large, and are not linear in the way that Skyrim was. I haven’t been far, but there has already been plenty of enemy and environment variation. Not the prettiest game I’ve played, but the world is enthralling

I will say, this game is hard. The fights have been quite challenging so far. I’m having to take completely different approaches to things than I would normally, but I appreciate that

I also play a round of Crazy Taxi here and there for something a little more mindless. Honestly I don’t think I’ve played anything in 2 or 3 days. Haven’t been feeling so hot

With absolutely zero nostalgia I played the fucking shit out of the Xbox 360 Arcade release. Fantastic game that still holds up. If you aren’t much for repetition it probably won’t be your thing. Bullet Hell and Beat 'em Up fans should find some enjoyment

Still doesn’t play like THUG. I feel they could easily make 3 mission based, or make 4 time based. That’s really the biggest difference. They could even separate it if they had to. THUG 1+2 needs its own package. 4 would feel out of place

I think you need to replay 4 friend. It most certainly goes with 3 and not the others. Reason it is still in the THPS line. THUG drastically changed the game

Please be THPS 3+4. I want it so fucking bad. I put a stupid amount of time in 1+2, and I see myself playing this one even more

I’ve gotten a couple warnings on politics. I don’t worry too much about it. Makes me have to be more clever, and not just directly attack people

This Blue MAGA shit is so fucking funny to me. It is the laziest no u. It came out of nowhere, they provide absolutely nothing to back it up. They just show up screaming Blue MAGA. I kind of miss the days when trolls actually tried. It isn’t even fun anymore, and they just run away when you hit them with a factual rebuttal

Skyrim 5: The Elder Scrolls

It’s so hard. The difficulty spike is kind of insane

I’m still addicted to Dead Cells. I got Balatro and a bunch of ROMs recently, but Dead Cells keeps calling me back. I’ve beaten it on the first two difficulties, but very hard is kicking my ass

Aside from Balatro, I downloaded the first four Tony Hawk games for PSX, both Crazy Taxis and Sega Bass fishing games for Dreamcast. I also got Gauntlet Legends to play with my partner

I grabbed some of the Pokemon games for DS since I didn’t really get to them. Got Pokemon Pinball for GBA as well. So much nostalgia. Maybe I can stop playing Dead Cells long enough to get to these others

I want a Steam Deck and I played a LOT of WWE 2K. Fuck 'em

Costume Quest

Just what I came here for! Not spooky, but entirely Halloween themed. I beat the first, but never got around to playing much of the second. A pretty simple turn based RPG, but the costumes you put on your party become the actual thing they are in battle. Very cute and fun games

Why didn’t I look harder? I’ve been wanting to try the game and only have my tablet. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I’m going to see if I’m able to utilize it in my situation
