What purpose do these things fulfill?

Like an APC or ifv is supposed to carry infantry into battle and assist with fire support, but from the looks of it this thing can’t do either?

The gun looks blocked or disabled and if they carry troops with it, how do they dismount?

Your vehicle might have protection against drones and maaaaaybe atgm (doubt it), but it’s effectively useless to its purpose now?
