Normally. otoh we’re letting Israel do whatever the fuck they want so I don’t see why Poland should be any different.

Yeah, have been since at least 1999 (when poland joined nato)
NATO shares military equipment, Most European countries “lend lease” things like tanks, planes, APC, Artillery, etc
Other countries get to build and modify the designs but still need permission to do things that are outside of “self defence”
