Not sure, but it almost looks like the guy run over was the passenger in the vehicle. It looks like there was fire coming from the passenger seat. Did the passenger bail out the front (and getting run over) to avoid talking a kamakazi drone to the face?

Then they bail and leave him for the next drone, or to burn alive… With friends like these, who needs enemies?
