No matter what happens, Ukraine will always be the country that defeated the Black Sea Fleet w/o a navy.
They have a navy. Their navy was, as I understand it, instrumental in doing this. Their navy simply has no ships.
No ships, just a bunch of seamen swimming towards the russian warships, poking them with thumbtacks causing them to deflate
