People have been weaponizing shit since at least of the days when the most advanced war machine available was a catapult.
Since well before that even. A lot of warriors would smear their arrowheads in shit to cause infections in those struck,
It’s not shit, it’s the shit spreader that was the weapon.
That said, enough shit could certainly be problematic. Not nearly as bad as petrol, and harmless from a military point of view, but definitely an effective form of civil disobedience…
